Photographing documents with a phone is the fastest way to digitise them, but sending ten separate images looks unprofessional and is often rejected outright by official bodies. Turning them into a single PDF solves it: one ordered document with sequential pages that can be sent or printed as a unit.

You can choose a page size — A4 is the standard in most countries — or let each page match its image exactly. The first is better for printing and official use; the second suits photo collections where you don't want white borders.

The order of the images is the order of the pages, so each one is numbered clearly and can be moved before converting. If your images are large, compressing them first will noticeably shrink the finished PDF.
